The Township of Nutley's Office of Information Technology (OIT) oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all current and emerging technologies that support municipal government operations. OIT ensures the seamless delivery of digital services across Township departments — including the Police, Fire, and EMS divisions, as well as Revenue & Finance, the Parks Department, and Public Works.

Chief Technology Officer The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leads the day-to-day planning and operations of the Township's technology infrastructure, overseeing the implementation and support of all data and voice converged networks. The CTO develops strategic technology roadmaps to ensure Nutley remains prepared for future growth, maximizing the return on investment that modern technology delivers to our community.
Computer Service Technician The Computer Service Technician provides essential front-line support across the Township, handling desktop and end-user support, printer maintenance, software troubleshooting and installation, and computer inventory and parts management. This role represents a 24/7, 365-day commitment to keeping Nutley's operations running smoothly.
