NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey 07110 by Wednesday December 9, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., Local Prevailing Time at which time they will be publicly opened and read, via ZOOM. A Zoom invitation will be sent to all who submitted bids as well as posted on our Nutley Township website: www.nutleynj.org. Bids received after 11:00 A.M. will not be accepted.

COLLECTION SERVICE OF CO-MINGLED RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
Specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Township of Nutley, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey 07110, telephone number 973-284-4960, during business hours, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Bids may be hand delivered to the Township Clerk prior to the above specified time. All bids must be presented in sealed envelopes plainly marked with bidder’s name and address thereon. The Township will not be responsible for bids mailed.
Sealed envelopes containing bids are to be addressed to the Township of Nutley Board of Commissioners, Attention: Eleni Pettas, Municipal Clerk, Town Hall, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey 07110
The Township of Nutley Board of Commissioners expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Law and the Statutes and to waive any informalities therein as permitted by law.
In the event of tie bids, the Township of Nutley Board of Commissioners reserves the right to award the contract to one of the responsible offers.
