Important Vegetation Pickup Update - 5/20/2025

Please be advised, in response to the many requests to continue the collection of leaf bags along with the township provided vegetation carts,
brown biodegradable bags will be collected every Wednesday along with the green vegetation carts.  

Please fill the carts first and place any additional material collected next to the carts.

Vegetation Collection Schedule and Guidelines

Please use the green vegetation carts provided by the Township.

As per the new trash removal contract, only vegetation placed in the green vegetation carts provided by the Township will be collected, with the exception of the following: 

  • APRIL – vegetation cart contents, bundled sticks, branches and small limbs, and brown biodegradable leaf bags, placed outside or alongside the carts. (branches should be no longer than 4’ in length and weighing no more than 35lbs)
  • MAY/SEPTEMBER – vegetation carts only – nothing will be picked up outside of the carts – no leaf bags should be left outside the carts
  • OCTOBER/DECEMBER – vegetation carts along with brown biodegradable leaf bags
REMINDER – soil/dirt, rocks, concrete or concrete blocks, and mulch will not be collected at any time.

Christmas Tree Collection

Christmas trees will be collected every Wednesday throughout January.
