The Spring Garden Elementary School PTO will be hosting a Health & Wellness Fair at the school on Sunday January 31 from 1:00-4:00PM

It will be an interactive family event with the goal of providing Spring Garden School and surrounding community with information and access to local health and wellness resources. There will be a mix of vendor tables providing information and samples as well as demonstrations, "mini-classes", food and prizes. This free family event will have activities for kids (fitness & trivia challenges, fun mini bootcamp style class, karate demonstration, dance demonstration, prizes) and adults (mini massages, limited number of intro sessions with life coach, nutrition services etc). The first 200 kids can participate in the “Passport to Health” challenge that will encourage them to participate in the various activities. They can collect a sticker on their “Passport” for each of the passport activities that they complete. They can then turn their passports in for a chance to win one of the grand prizes.
