Notice of Potential Quorum of the Governing Body

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Law, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, advanced notice is given that the Governing Body of the Township of Nutley may be present for a Community Meeting; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Community Meeting is presented by Topology, a Professional Planning Service related to the Redevelopment of Hoffman LaRoche; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Community Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 7:00 PM at the Nutley High School Auditorium, 300 Franklin Avenue Nutley, New Jersey 07110; and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, No action will be taken by the Governing Body.
