Dear Nutley Residents,

Due to a fast-moving storm with high winds, several trees and telephone poles have come down throughout the Township, causing isolated power outages in some areas.

Please stay away from any downed wires and treat all wires as live and dangerous. If you see a downed wire that has not yet been addressed, please notify the Nutley Police Department immediately at (973) 284-4940.

We ask all residents to remain calm, alert, and patient while Township first responders and utility crews work to address these concerns and restore safety throughout the community.
