Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci announces Nutley Parks and Recreation has once again partnered with Ohana Theatrics to do a 2-Week musical theatre summer intensive program for anyone entering grades 5-12. All classes, rehearsals, and performances will take place at the Nutley High School.

Registration will open Monday, March 9, 2026.

The goal for this program is to teach performers many aspects of musical theatre, including singing, dancing, and acting, culminating in two performances at the end of the two weeks.

We also offer the technical side of theatre for students who are not interested in performing. The participants will learn technical and backstage theatre, stage crew, sound, lighting, costumes and props. SEE FLYER FOR DATE AND TIME DETAILS.

• Performance Tuition: $350.00, SPOTS ARE LIMITED
• Backstage/ Technical Tuition: $200.00 SPOTS ARE LIMITED

Both performer and technical students’ tuition will include a T-shirt, folders with rehearsal materials, a headshot, a spotlight poster, a cast part, and much more!
