The Nutley Police Department reminds all residents that under Town Ordinance, street parking is strictly prohibited when snow-covered conditions exist, regardless of the time of day or night.

Vehicles parked on snow-covered streets will be subject to ticketing and/or towing without further notice. This violation will be strictly enforced.

This restriction is necessary to enable Public Works crews to effectively plow and clear the roadways, ensuring that emergency vehicles can access all areas during these weather conditions.

During this storm, residents may park in Lot 9, located behind the old Ciccolini Building. Residents are asked to use this location as an alternative until streets are fully cleared.
