PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners will hold an executive session meeting in accordance with N.J.S.A 10:4-12, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.; and 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the purpose of this executive session meeting is to discuss contract negotiations; and 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that no formal action will be taken.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the meeting will be held at the Township of Nutley (3^rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ 07110.
