Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci Announces Winter 2026 Adult Fitness Programs

Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Nutley Department of Parks and Recreation invite you to join our winter fitness programs designed to keep you healthy and energized during the colder months. Open exclusively to Nutley residents, these programs are tailored for all fitness levels. Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited!

Morning Grind

Jumpstart your fitness routine with this invigorating program designed to burn calories and build strength. Each session combines high-energy cardio with targeted strength training and core exercises to give you a full-body workout.

Instructor: Sue Quigley
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Rise and Shine

Start your day on the right note with this dynamic fitness program that energizes your morning. The workout includes a mix of cardio, strength training, and core work for a balanced full-body experience.

Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Duration: January 5 - March 23

Movement, Mobility & Stability

Boost your strength, balance, and flexibility in this full-body class! Each session includes 30 minutes of low impact cardio, followed by balance and stability drills, and finishes with mobility and stretching for improved movement and recovery.
