**NEW Adult Fitness Class ** Movement, Mobility & Stability

Commissioner Mauro G Tucci and The Department of Parks & Recreation is excited to introduce a NEW fitness program designed to help participants build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility in a supportive group environment.

This full-body class incorporates 30 minutes of low-impact cardio, followed by targeted balance and stability exercises, and concludes with mobility and stretching routines to enhance recovery and overall movement quality.

“This program is about more than exercise—it’s about building confidence in everyday movement,” stated Commissioner Tucci. “Our goal is to provide a safe, structured class that supports long-term wellness for adults at all fitness levels.”

Class sizes are limited and applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Online registration is now available at https://register.communitypass.net/nutley.

THESE PROGRAMS ARE FOR NUTLEY RESIDENTS ONLY
