Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Department of Parks and Recreation are currently accepting registrations for the Fall Season of Girls Flag Football.
Flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, and with the increasing popularity of women’s sports, the introduction of a girls-only flag football league is both timely and important. The league provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where players can develop their skills, make lasting friendships, and gain valuable life lessons both on and off the field. “Our mission is to not only teach the game but to instill confidence, build character, and inspire the next generation of female athletes. We’re looking forward to watching these incredible young women grow and succeed both in the sport and beyond,” stated Commissioner Tucci. The program provides players with a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
Online registration is available at https://register.
This program is open to girls grades 1 through 8. The fee for this program is $60.00 per child and the deadline for registration is August 15, 2025.
