Important Property Tax Update

THE 3rd QUARTER PROPERTY TAX DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO AUGUST 31, 2022
The 2022 annual property tax bills will be mailed later this month. We are waiting on a final approval from the State of New Jersey before the County can certify the tax rate. Their approval is expected shortly.
To save the Township over $9,000 in costs, Commissioner Evans has determined not to issue third quarter estimated tax bills. Instead, the Township will issue the normal annual property tax notice. The grace period for third quarter bills will, if needed, be extended to avoid the risk of late payment charges.
