Mayor John V. Kelly, III announced today in recognition of American Heart Health Month, the Nutley Department of Public Affairs and Health will once again be sponsoring their annual Heart Healthy Yoga Stretch and Walk event on Saturday, February 28^th at 9:00am at the Department of Public Affairs and Health. Participants will meet at the Nutley Health Department for a gentle 10-15 minute yoga stretch lead by Rachel Jo of NamasteCalm Yoga + Wellness Studio followed by an approximately 3 mile walk through our lovely park system and then back to the Health Department for yoga cool down stretches.  Coffee and light refreshments will be served.
