PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a quorum of the Governing Body may be present at the regular scheduled Planning Board meeting of Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a quorum of the Zoning Board of Adjustment may be present at the regular scheduled Planning Board meeting of Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, a quorum of the Board of Education may be present at the regular scheduled Planning Board meeting of Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.; and

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in addition to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board, a joint meeting of the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment the Board of Education and the Governing Body will take place immediately following the regular scheduled meeting of the Planning Board to review and discuss Land Use and other issues affecting the Township of Nutley as related to the Zoning Board of Adjustment and Planning Board; and
