PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Commissioners will hold a special executive session meeting in accordance with N.J.S.A 10:4-11, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 11:00 A.M.; and 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the purpose of this special executive session meeting is to discuss contract negotiations; and 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that no formal action will be taken.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the meeting will be held at the Township of Nutley (3^rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ 07110.
