The ECUA Computer and Electronics (e-Waste) Recycling Days allow Essex County residents to bring unwanted electronics to a single location for responsible, safe recycling to remove lead and other dangerous chemicals from the waste stream. Items accepted include computers, monitors, printers, fax machines, scanners, telecom equipment, speakers, televisions, keyboards, main frames, VCRs, stereos, DVD players, toasters, irons and cellular telephones. Residents are not charged any fees to have their items recycled.
