Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Department of Parks and Recreation are excited to announce a family event for music lovers everywhere to enjoy! The “JERSEY TENORS ” will take the stage on July 13, 2023 for the Recreation Department’s second Sizzling Summer Concert! This concert will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Memorial Park 1 (The Mudhole) Vreeland and Passaic Ave.
These four charming wise guys will raise the roof with their powerful voices, and they will have you singing along and dancing in the summer evening air. Jersey Pride brings us all back to our roots as they highlight our hometown heroes like Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, Frank Sinatra, Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen, and even Whitney Houston!
“Our Concerts provide free entertainment throughout the summer months, offering a variety of performers in a great outdoor atmosphere,” stated Commissioner Tucci. In the spirit of summertime relaxation, these special summer performances emphasize family recreation in a tranquil outdoor setting. Whether you come to see old friends, or to listen to the sounds of great music you won’t want to miss this one of a kind event.
Feel free to bring your lawn chair or a blanket. The rain date for this event is August 10th. If you would like further information on this event, please contact the Recreation Department at (973)284-4966, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
