Commissioner John V Kelly III, Director of the Department of Public Affairs and Health would like to invite residents to stop by the office located at 149 Chestnut Street on Tuesday, July 20 between the hours of 9am – 12:00pm to “Meet the Commissioner” and to explore the various functions of the department and to learn what resources are available to Nutley residents.

For those that are not familiar with the many services offered by the Department of Public Affairs and Health, they include various health screenings and clinics, Immunization Programs for adults and children, Rabies Vaccination clinics for cats and dogs, Retail Food Establishment inspections and licensing, Environmental Services, Vital Statics, Public Health Emergency Response, and Trash Removal Services.  The office also houses Consumer Affairs, the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and the newly established Nutley Cultural Inclusion and Diversity Council.
