Commissioner John V. Kelly, III and the Board of Commissioners, in conjunction with the Nutley Veterans Council and the Department of Public Affairs Military and Veterans Affairs Bureau, invite all residents to the Township of Nutley’s Annual Veteran’s Day ceremony to be held on Wednedsay, November 11, 2020.
 
The ceremony will take place at the World War II monument at the intersection of Booth Drive & Vincent Place, and will begin at 11:00 am.  In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Chestnut Street Fire House.
 
November 11th is the anniversary of the Armistice which was signed in 1918 ending World War I after four years of conflict.
