SPECIAL MEETING FOR THE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a special meeting on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 7:30 P.M. via Zoom webinar.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the purpose of this special meeting is to hold a special hearing on the following application:

371 Franklin Avenue, Block 4602 Lot: 20 and 271 Chestnut Street Block 4602 Lot: 24 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map.  

To permit a drive thru restaurant which is a use not permitted in the zone and also for bulk variances and preliminary and final site plan approval.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that invoices, resolutions and minutes of prior meetings may be adopted by the Board at this hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that formal action may be taken.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, the meeting will be NOT be held at the Township of Nutley (3rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ 07110 but instead will be heard remotely via Zoom as follows:
