The Nutley Historical Society and Museum
Celebrates Its Seventy-Fifth Anniversary!
March 5, 1945 — March 5, 2020
Come join us!
On March 5, 1945, more than two hundred citizens crowded into the Stockton Room of the Nutley Public Library to hear plans for the formation of a Nutley Historical Society presented by Mayor William Jernick. A vote was taken; the society was formed.
We’ve been around a long time!
Come see what we’ve been up to lately.
Please join us at 65 Church Street at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, March 5, to raise a toast in celebration of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Nutley Historical Society. This is a free event.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Events include cake cutting and birthday toast, an update on recent museum acquisitions and historical society activities, and a special tour of museum highlights by the museum director.
The Nutley Historical Society and Museum is located at 65 Church Street, Nutley, NJ 07110.
