A SITE PLAN REVIEW

PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 7:00 P.M.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the purpose of this Special Meeting is to conduct a Site Plan review and consideration for approval of private roadways (identified as Roads D and H on the plans) on portions of Block 201, Lot 1, which accessory roadways will provide access to a parking garage previously approved and under construction (on another portion of Block 201, Lot 1 which comprises a portion of the Nutley Phase IIA Redevelopment Plan) and may include other Board matters not limited to said Site Plan. The subject property is located within the ON3 campus, formerly known as the Hoffmann-LaRoche campus.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that formal action may be taken.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE the meeting will be held at the Township of Nutley (3rd) Floor Commission Chambers, One Kennedy Drive, Nutley, NJ 07110.
