On October 6, 2017 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm Nutley concerned citizens, members of our youth clubs, civic organizations, schools, churches, community groups and leaders, students, teachers, principals, medical, dental, chiropractic and physical therapy offices, businesses, restaurants… WILL WALK TOGETHER TO KNOCK OUT OPIOID ABUSE !

Walk Leaders and their teams will hang knockers door to door and business to business throughout Nutley to raise awareness of the potential for dependency on prescribed pain medicine and its link to heroin abuse in New Jersey. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult .

Here is how it will work the day of the event - All participants must register by October 1, 2017

1. Walk Leaders will share their teams’ ‘walk map’ and hang door hangers.
2. Walk Teams will proceed to streets on their ‘walk map’ & place door hangers on every door.
