Commissioner Steven Rogers announced today that in recognition of American Heart Health Month, the Nutley Department of Public Affairs is sponsoring a Heart Healthy Walk and Yoga Event. This free event will be held on Saturday, February 18th at the Nutley Health Department 149 Chestnut Street, Nutley, NJ beginning at 9:00am.

Participants will meet at the Nutley Health Department for a gentle 10-15 minute yoga stretch lead by Yoga Instructor Kim Redstone, followed by approximately a 3 mile walk through our lovely park system and then back to the Health Department for yoga cool down stretches.  Coffee and light refreshments will be served.  Please call the Nutley Health Department at 973-284-4976, as registration is required.
