The Nutley Volunteer Emergency and Rescue Squad will be hosting a Family Health and Fitness Day where teams will compete against each other in a variety of games and activities to benefit the Nutley Rescue Squad and promote the importance of fitness.

• Bring a team or join at team to play basketball in the gym or soccer/flag football on the field
• Try out a Zumba, Cardio or kickboxing class.
• Let the kids challenge themselves and their friends on an inflatable obstacle course
• Clara Maass Medical Center will be providing blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar screenings
• Signature Fitness will be providing body fat measurements.
• Our Super 50/50 raffle will be drawn at 5pm- last chance to purchase a ticket!
