Screening Access of Value to Essex Women & Men

The program eligibility criteria includes:

• Age 21 or over
• Essex County Resident
• Uninsured
• Limited Income – (2016 Federal Poverty Guidelines)

                

Will be offering the following screenings:

• Pelvic Examination       
• Pap Smear Testing – (for early detection of cervical cancer)
• Clinical Breast Examination
• Mammogram (if eligible)
• Colorectal Test Kit (if eligible)
• Cancer Education
