Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement to Pierce Manufacturing.

The Township of Nutley intends to participate in the HGACBuy Cooperative for the purpose of purchasing a Pierce Arrow XT Pumper fire apparatus and related accessories.

Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Nutley Purchasing Department, 1 Kennedy Drive Nutley, NJ 07110, during regular business hours, as well as the HGACBuy website at: www.hgacbuy.org.

The Township of Nutley joined the HGACBuy Cooperative on August 1, 2017, and the current HGACBuy Cooperative contract term is through December 31, 2019.

Vendor contract (FS12-17) period with HGACBuy Cooperative is valid from December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2019.

It is the intent of the Township of Nutley to make a contract award to Pierce Manufacturing pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the HGACBuy Cooperative Request for Bids.

TERMS OF SALE
