Township of Nutley is seeking the following positions in the Department of Revenue and Finance:

Clerk 1 - Municipal Clerk's Office - Full-Time
The preferred candidate should be detail oriented, highly organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with all levels of elected officials, staff, residents and vendors.  Excellent computer skills and proven intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and other related software programs is required. Will consider candidates with municipal or other relevant experience.

Duties shall include, all statutory requirements mandated by the Municipal Clerk’s office, issuance of licenses, assisting in the election process, OPRA, and record keeping. Full benefits package, salary DOE.

Account Clerk - Treasurer's Office - Full-TIme (2 Positions)
Duties will include bank reconciliations, A/P Processing, account analysis and assist with quarterly and annual tax filings. Accounting knowledge and experience is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Individuals should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, time management skills and be detail oriented. Knowledge of Edmunds Financial Software package is preferred.  Full benefits package, salary DOQ.
