Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci and the Department of Parks and Recreation are pleased to announce registration is now open for Summer Camp Nutley.  Everything you want in a summer camp is right here at Camp Nutley, a fun and affordable, summer experience.  “With a totally revised itinerary, this camp is sure to spark interest in every youngster’s social and physical needs” stated Commissioner Mauro G. Tucci.  We have extended hours and have incorporated new field trips to make this our best camp yet!

The program is conveniently located at the Parks & Recreation Department, 44 Park Ave.  This location offers extended facilities such as the recreation gym, Owens and Glotzbach Parks, the tennis courts and more

Camp Nutley will be offered in weekly sessions from July 2 through August 24, 2018.  Each session will consist of one consecutive week.  The fee per session is $130.00 per child. Trips will be available every Wednesday for an additional fee.  There is no limit to the number of sessions you may sign up for.  We have also extended our hours from 7:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. to better accommodate the busy schedules of our working parents.  Led by experienced teachers and camp counselors, each week will consist of a different theme, sports and outdoor fun, drama, crafts and more.   Please note registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Due to the overwhelming response to this program all applicants must pre-register two weeks prior to each desired session to secure camp with trip.

“Summer Camp is a great experience where children  build confidence, take part in hands on activities, make new friends, and simply have a great time” states Commissioner Tucci.  So what are you waiting for?   Sign up for Camp Nutley and create fun memories for your children that will last a lifetime.
